Tired of the same old?

A quick entry to let you know about some new, upcoming classes.

I will be offering a class at Kirkland Art Center, called "Chain, Chain, Chain." Not surprisingly, we will make chains, specifically 4 bracelet length classic chains in 18 gauge sterling silver. The patterns will be classic flat chain mail, the double flower, the Byzantine and the foxtail.

During the summer at Munson-Williams-Procter in Utica, I will offer a 4 session intensive class called "Jewelry Hot and Cold," which will focus on developing more assured soldering skills and learning various cold connections, such as rivets. Part of each class will be spent practicing skills and part will be spent designing and fabricating a piece of jewelry that will require both hot and cold connection to complete.

Stay tuned right here for further information on dates and times. See my website, www.kissingdog.com also, for further updates of my teaching schedule.
